Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. We recommend allowing 7-10 days for your returned item to reach us.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping
• Please include your name and receipt in the return package so we know who to credit the items back to
• CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED 
• EARRINGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE DUE TO SANITARY REASONS
• Items must be returned in their original condition. Heidi Jo Creations tags MUST still be attached.
• Returned items must be clear of stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, and foreign smells like food and smoke. 
• Heidi Jo Creations has the right to refuse any returned items
• Once Heidi Jo Creations receives the returned merchandise and its confirmed to be in its original condition we will refund your account
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
